Using the website and app
This website introduces AmiMali and provides information for families and educators. When distributed through the App Store, the app’s software licence is governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. These notes do not replace that agreement or limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Free play, with room for choice
Our promise is that AmiMali will remain free to download and play, without advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Families and educators can use a properly installed copy subject to Apple’s applicable terms and their school’s device rules. Speaking, repeating a prompt or finishing an activity is not required. Adults can adjust settings, pause or stop.
What the activities provide
The games offer opportunities for letter practice, word building, pretend cooking, sharing and picture conversations. They do not assess, diagnose or treat health or developmental conditions and do not promise particular learning outcomes. Cooking and shopping are pretend activities, not instructions for unsupervised use of real knives, appliances, food or money.
Art and other media
AmiMali’s characters are fictional. The app includes original artwork, synthetic speech and third-party media. Applicable credits and licences accompany the app. Third-party licence rights are preserved, and no endorsement by those creators is implied. This website does not grant additional rights to reuse its media.
Updates, help and privacy
We may improve, change or retire activities. The current games work offline after installation; downloads and updates require an internet connection. Our privacy policy explains local preferences, adult support messages and external services. Visit Support for help.
