About this policy

Andres Ivanov operates AmiMali: Play & Learn and amimali.com. This policy covers the app and website. For privacy or support requests, contact support@amimali.com.

This website

This is an informational website for parents and educators. It has no accounts, contact forms, advertising, analytics scripts or embedded social media. We do not set cookies or use browser storage for tracking.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. It processes connection information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and secure the service. That processing is separate from offline app play. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Children can play without an account

The current AmiMali app does not ask for a child’s name, age, email, school, diagnosis, photo or location. It does not record speech, use the camera, or upload drawings or play activity. There are no advertisements, purchases, tracking identifiers, third-party analytics SDKs or social features.

What stays on the iPad

The app saves preferences such as sound, movement, tracing and activity options on the device. Current game actions are held in memory; the app does not create a saved child profile or learning-progress report. We do not receive those preferences or actions. Delete App removes its local data; Offload App preserves it. Apple device backups may include local app data according to your settings.

Pictures and audio

Pictures, songs, effects and speech clips are bundled with the app. Speech is playback, not listening to the child. Some speech was generated during development; children’s information is not sent to a speech-generation service. An installed Apple system voice can be used if a bundled prompt is unavailable. Picture Club requires complete bundled clips and does not use that fallback.

When an adult contacts us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate issues and maintain AmiMali. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. Please do not send children’s personal information.

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the request, follow-up or a legal obligation. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you sent us. We will explain any information we must retain. If a child sends personal information accidentally, please contact us so we can address it.

Apple services and beta testing

Apple handles App Store downloads, accounts and diagnostics you choose to share under its own terms and settings. If you separately test a beta through TestFlight, Apple may provide us beta usage, crash information and feedback, including screenshots you submit. Keep feedback free of children’s personal information. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Links and changes

External websites have their own privacy practices. App help and privacy text can be read offline; external app links require an adult check. We will update this policy if our practices change. A future feature involving children’s personal information would require a fresh privacy assessment and any legally required notices and consent before collection begins.
