For an app issue, include the game, what happened, the app version, iPad model and iPadOS version. Please leave out children’s names, faces, recordings, diagnoses and school records.
Which devices will it work on?
AmiMali is designed for iPad with iPadOS 16 or later. Use your finger; an Apple Pencil is optional. The app is not currently available for Android, iPhone or web play.
Will the app be free?
Yes. AmiMali is being made to download and play for free, with no advertisements, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Does it need an internet connection?
The five current games include their pictures and audio and work offline after installation. Downloading the app, installing updates and opening external websites require internet access.
There’s no sound. What can I try?
Check the iPad volume, Silent Mode and connected headphones. In the app’s Settings, turn Sounds on; home music has its own switch. Use Listen to replay the current prompt.
Can we slow things down?
Yes. Grown-up settings offer manual progression and options for sound and movement. In Picture Club, Stay stops the next-picture countdown and Previous lets you return for a conversation.
An activity has stopped responding.
Close and reopen the app. Your current round may restart. If it happens again, email us the game and steps that led to the issue. Please avoid including a child’s personal information.
